There are THREE ways you can connect with us on social media:

• Facebook public page
  
  Exploring Teens curates the best items circulating on the world wide web that are relevant to parenting teenagers. Whether it's something that amuses us, teaches us or simply connects us, 99% of the content is relevant.  If you are after funny cat pictures, this isn't what you'll find (unless it's particularly taken our fancy)
  
  We will also share any articles that we publish on the website from either the 'Exploring the Market Place' or 'Articles' sections to our public Facebook feed.
   
• Facebook closed group
  
  Our closed Facebook group is a community for parents/carers of teenagers to freely share and discuss issues that relate to this particular aspect of our parenting journey. This group provides a supportive and empathetic peer group. Judgement is left at the door as we privately share the challenges that face us. 
  
  We work hard to ensure it is a safe place for parents to come and learn that they are in fact not alone.  All advice given is purely in the context of everyone's own personal experience.  It is not a substitute for seeking appropriate professional help.
