Educating and empowering young people with essential life skills. Teaching tools and strategies to increase their ability to self-regulate, communicate effectively, have healthy relationships and build resilience. All via a downloadable App.
The A-Maze-In Mind app educates and empowers young people with essential life skills.
We know that teens often don't like talking to parents about life decisions and are reluctant to take any advice offered. The A-Maze-In Mind app offers life skills in an easy to approach format that teaches through examples and offering choices to the young person.
The tools and strategies covered are delivered via a variety of media that is all available through the app meaning it can be accessed by the young person 24/7, i.e. on-demand through a device they are already using.
The resources included in the app include 6 e-books with over 200 pages of articles, info-graphics and information snippets on subjects such as building resilience, healthy relationships, signs of anxiety and depression, finding purpose, discovering their passion, making career decisions and much more.
In addition to the ebooks, the app is added to at least once a week with additional resources such as affirmations, blog articles on relevant topics, links to meditations and other resources.
To reinforce the information they can access themselves, live, on-line workshops are also held each month. We believe by equipping the young people with knowledge and tools and increasing their existing skillset we are enabling them to take control and make good choices in their life.
